Thirty (30) scholars who are principals, vice chairs, and school administrators are the pioneering batch of the Diwa Innovation Development for Educators and Academic Leaders (Diwa IDEAL), a leadership program launched by Diwa Learning Systems Inc., in partnership with the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC).

The scholars graduated on June 7, 2024 after completing the five-day Essential Management for School Leaders course under the Diwa IDEAL program at the AIM Campus in Makati City.

The Diwa IDEAL Program aims to empower school leaders and emerging leaders to unleash innovation in their schools. This groundbreaking program is timely because the challenge of implementing the MATATAG Curriculum is about to begin in the coming school year.
