‍Fastech Synergy Philippines Inc.’s Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Lionel Victor L. Belen as its new Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. This leadership change was made during the company’s Annual General Meeting held at the Fastech Manufacturing Complex in Cabuyao, Laguna, on December 3, 2024. Mr. Belen succeeds Mr. Saturnino G. Belen Jr., who is stepping down from his roles as Chairman and CEO but will remain a director until the end of his unexpired term.

This transition is part of a management succession plan that has been in place since 2015, which aims to ensure a smooth transfer of leadership while maintaining organizational stability and continuity. Before assuming his new role, Mr. Lionel Belen served as Executive Vice President and chaired the executive committee from October 2022 to December 2024 at Fastech. He also held the positions of Executive Director from August 2019 to September 2022 and Vice President from July 2016 to July 2019.

In addition to his responsibilities at Fastech, Mr. Lionel Belen holds key positions in other Team First Asia companies, which enhance his strategic vision and leadership skills. These roles provide him with broader industry insights and a network of expertise that complements his efforts to drive Fastech’s growth and innovation. He is the Executive Vice President of First Asia Venture Capital Inc. and Asset Growth Inc. He is also the Founder and President of Brainsparks and a member of the Board of Directors of FAITH Colleges.

This appointment marks a significant milestone in Fastech’s journey toward the future.
