The Bato Balani Foundation Inc. (BBFI) was recognized as a partner by the Department of Education (DepEd) during the Partners Appreciation Program and Recognition Ceremony held on 20 February 2024 at the GSIS Theater in Pasay City.

The ceremony is an annual event recognizing DepEd's partner organizations who implement various education intervention programs across the country.

The BBFI is one with DepEd in its journey to achieve the MATATAG Agenda and its efforts of prioritizing learning recovery.
