Bato Balani Foundation Inc. (BBFI) has reaffirmed its dedication to advancing Philippine education through its ongoing partnership with the Department of Education (DepEd). On December 12, 2024, the two organizations signed a new Memorandum of Agreement at the DepEd Head Office in Pasig City.

The signing ceremony was attended by DepEd Secretary Sonny Angara, BBFI President Brian L. Belen, PhD, and BBFI Executive Director Natalie Christine Jorge. This renewed partnership highlights BBFI’s commitment to improving access to quality education and supporting teachers, learners, and public libraries nationwide.

As part of the collaboration, BBFI will provide vital learning resources and lead programs aimed at teacher development and educational excellence, ensuring that Filipino learners succeed in a dynamic and inclusive educational landscape.
