On March 25, 2026, the Bato Balani Foundation Inc. (BBFI) convened a strategic planning session for the National Teachers’ Month Coordinating Council (NTMCC). The session brought together key stakeholders to align priorities, strengthen collaboration, and define the roadmap for upcoming National Teachers’ Month (NTM) initiatives.

The program began with context-setting and mission-alignment exercises to reaffirm the core purpose of NTM. This was followed by a focused dialogue that generated critical insights for the day’s subsequent planning modules.

Participants engaged in three specialized workshops—Communications, Member Activities, and Expansion—which produced high-level recommendations for:

• Campaign Messaging: Refining platforms and narrative reach
• Program Alignment: Streamlining member-led activities
• Growth Opportunities: Identifying new partnerships and community engagement strategies

The session concluded with an open forum where key insights were consolidated into a clear, actionable framework, setting a solid foundation for the next phase of NTM planning.
